Sometimes a massage is all it takes to make you feel on top of the world. Our team of professionals offer a range of massages using essential oils to heighten the senses and to help you relax into the treatment.

Time spent getting a massage is never wasted!

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage therapy is the most well-known and widely practiced type of therapeutic massage and for good reason. This type of massage focuses on muscle relaxation, targeting superficial muscles (rather than the connective tissues targeted in deep-tissue massage) and increasing blood circulation. Your therapist will discuss with you regarding your personal requirements or areas you wish to have more or less focus.

Back, neck and shoulder, relaxing Swedish Massage
Using the same Swedish Massage techniques this massage is a shorter version of a full body massage and the focus is on the above three body parts.

Deep Tissue Massage/Sports Massage
Deep tissue massage centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia. This treatment is also often described as a Sports Massage as this type of massage can also benefit you as part of your exercise regime. You will have an in-depth discussion with your therapist to ensure you get the maximum results from your treatment.
