Cancellations or No-Shows
We will do our best not to cancel or re-arrange your appointments and to run to time. We respectfully ask and appreciate you doing the same.
Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service or treatment will be charged.
We will take your payment details at the time of booking an appointment with us.
It is very difficult to fill appointments at short notice.
If you need to cancel, please call us or email us during salon opening hours. Please don’t text or put messages on social media, please also note our team members will not respond to contact messages through their own personal social media channels.

Before we take your payment details to cover a cancellation charge or deposit or advance payment, we will confirm:
The service or treatment you have booked.
Our business name, location and contact details
The total price of the service or treatment booked or how the price will be calculated if an exact price cannot be given
The time and date of appointment
A deposit of 25% of the cost of your service or treatment will be charge if you:
Missed your last appointment with us: or
Are a new client; or
Are booking online; or
Are booking for a treatment lasting more than two hours, such as hair colour, or for a series of treatments.
Keeping to time
If you are running later, we will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to provide the full service or treatment.
GETTING IT RIGHT
The team at Bellessa Lounge work really hard to achieve the look and style you have in your mind. Very, very occasionally we may not be on quite the right track and you may feel the look is not quite what you wanted. Don’t panic! If you contact us within 7 days of your appointment date, we will very happily book you in to work with your hair again to make sure you’re really happy. As you will appreciate, we will need to see you back in salon as soon as possible. Hair grows very quickly and any follow up appointments must be within this 7 day timescale to ensure the best chance of success.
